An organization is counted when it delivers something to a person with the
intent of extending healthy years, through clinical care, screening,
diagnostics, or a structured preventive program, and when it is published,
not closed, and not a duplicate listing. The 5 figure for
Malaysia counts every such organization across all four pillars of the
healthspan economy.
What is left out, and how much
- 1 organization mapped in Malaysia is held out of this count as a fertility or
IVF clinic or a pure booking or telehealth platform: Alpha IVF Group . They keep their Atlas entry, they are only outside the
geographic count.
- No organization recorded in Malaysia is closed.

Organizations still under review, and those announced but not yet open,
are held back before publication. They carry no place in the published
data, so they are counted nowhere in the Atlas, including here.

Aesthetic-only providers, product-only companies, investors, publishers,
and events are out of scope for the Atlas and are never recorded as
organizations.
