The healthspan economy · Atlas & Studio
We map the companies building the future of healthy aging, and we help them become the source AI search cites, not the brand it ignores. One atlas of the field, one studio for the brands that want to be found in it.
The Atlas
The Atlas is an industry-intelligence map of the premium healthspan economy: longevity and preventive clinics, women’s health and femtech, integrative and functional medicine, and healthtech and diagnostics. Reviewed, structured, and built to be cited, not a generic wellness directory.

The flagship report
We audited how twenty-five leading longevity clinics surface across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude, fifty priority queries run as two hundred query-platform observations. The findings map who AI search has already chosen as the category default, and which clinics it cannot see at all.
The Studio
Mapping the field is one half of the work. The other is helping the companies in it communicate so that AI search can cite them. The Studio does the editorial and structural work that earns citations rather than buys placement: a per-brand AI visibility audit, the self-published authority content at the question phrasings prospective patients actually use, and the schema and semantic structure that make a brand extractable.
From Insights
2026
A blood test, a supplement, a wearable, a clinic visit. For years the healthspan market sold these as standalone products. They are now assembling into stacks: connected systems where diagnostics, interpretation, intervention, and monitoring work as one. The stack, not the product, is becoming the unit of competition.
2026
Longevity is the headline. The healthspan economy is the market underneath it: a connected field of clinics, platforms, diagnostics, and capital that has outgrown the science-story framing it is usually given. Naming it as an economy changes what gets built and who gets cited.
2026
AEO, GEO, and GSO are three names for the same shift: getting cited inside AI answers rather than ranking in a list of links. The terminology has not settled. Here is what each one means, why it splintered, and which term a health brand should actually use.
If AI search is leaving your brand out of the answer, we should talk.
